Tailored Exercise.

No two patients need the same exercises. You will get tailored treatment with an integrated approach. Pain and dysfunction in the pelvis may be driven by weakness or tightness in a joint or region nearby, or farther away. It’s our job to uncover the driver and give you the exercise that matters for you.

BiofeedbackTraining.

Pelvic muscle dysfunction is most successfully treated when you can see/ visualize what your muscles are working. Biofeedback technology measures the electrical output of your muscles so that you can practice specific tasks (both contraction and release) with guided training for long-term resolution.

Gait Training.

One of our most basic skills can often become painful and difficult. We’ll work together to help you walk with confidence.
