Dr. Jordan Malkowski, PT, DPT, TPS

I have been practicing Physical Therapy in Gillette, Wyoming since 2012 after earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. Initially, I focused on orthopedics, specifically the spine. After having two babies I experienced some very common pelvic changes that many people often face and was surprised at how highly underserved the population was with such sensitive issues. This led me to pursue further education for treating pelvic concerns and with that I found a new passion and a strong drive. In 2022 I became a Certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist through EIM and Purdue University. This training has prepared me to treat persistent pain with the newest research and best evidence in mind.

The pelvic floor is an essential cornerstone within the complex human body. I am a better therapist because of these pursuits as I am now better able to consider all parts of the whole person. I love being able to treat all orthopedic problems including back, pelvis, and hips for my patients while keeping in mind how they all interact together.

My goal in beginning Elevated Pelvic Health is to be able to offer you, our client, a different treatment experience as we work toward achieving the goals that are important to you. There are many obstacles in obtaining a successful recovery. I look forward to facing them together with you. I believe that people should be able to live their best life and I hope that I can help support you in doing so.

Things that help to feed my soul are traveling (both in and out of the country), being with my kids outside and teaching them that the little things matter most. We like to hike, camp, work on our cabin and be home with the family. Family is very important to me and makes life worth choosing joy every day.

I look forward to meeting and working with you!
