Pelvic Health.

We Treat:

Pelvic Pain.

Unfortunately, pelvic pain is all too common. Oftentimes abdominal pain, vaginal or rectal pain, low back pain, or hip pain is associated with urination, bowel movements, intercourse, sitting, or certain movements. Many of our patients have had pain for decades, while others develop pain after a life trigger (surgery, delivery, stress, diet change, immune issues, etc). Regardless of why you have it, or how it started, we are well equipped to treat it.

Bowel Issues.

Constipation or loose stool is something we tend to get used to but can cause major problems. Some of our patients experience bowel urgency or leakage as well as pain and difficulty completing bowel movements. Muscle control or an untreated dietary issue might be driving the problem. We’re here to help you poop and have additional education to address diet if necessary.

Urinary Issues.

Urine leakage with exercise or sneezing? Leakage on the way to the bathroom? Or maybe you have strong urgency and frequency or difficulty fully emptying your bladder. Pelvic muscles, and behaviors, are often driving these problems or are related. Urinary issues get in the way of you living your life. We are committed to helping with urinary issues so you don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Prolapse.

Vaginal heaviness, bulge, and pressure are so annoying. While one in three women have mild prolapse, most don’t know there is conservative treatment available, or that Pelvic PT is the first line of treatment. If your problem is severe, and requires surgery, we can help you prior to and after for optimal outcomes. Hormones are often related and, if you haven’t already, we’ll make sure you see a good Medical Doctor to address this.
