<image:caption>I’m a vertically-challenged, dish-water blonde, Wyoming girl who tried the city but loves the meadow. I’m a tennis player, turned dancer, turned Pilates Instructor, turned Doctor of Physical Therapy, turned Pelvic Health expert. What will I turn into next?! I am married to a sarcastic, silver-haired man whom I love and together we raise two small kids that keep us very busy and entertained. I enjoy podcasts, travel, good food, a good yoga class, black coffee and dance parties with my three year old. I’m obsessive about self-improvement/ growth and historically terrified of failure (but working on that). Though I love heels, most days you’ll find me in tennis shoes and a ponytail. I’m quite geeky about many things but especially Pelvic PT and my love language is quality time (which is what I try to give my patients every time). I, myself, have personally experienced many pelvic symptoms in the past including: SI joint pain, hip bursitis, dance-related groin strain, 2 pregnancies, postpartum weakness, stress incontinence, urinary urgency, constipation, mild prolapse, and pain. I’ve also dealt with nutrition challenges and autoimmune diseases. I was able to help or eliminate all of the above with Pelvic Health PT and the help of some other amazing providers. You’ll catch me talking about my specialties (the p’s): pregnancy, post-partum, pee, poo, prolapse pain and performance, all in the (you guessed it) pelvis! That’s me, can’t wait to meet you! *Additional continuing education Certificates in: nutrition for pelvic conditions, dry needling, pain science, visceral mobilization, hip/pelvis/lumbar orthopedics, pelvic floor coursework (all levels), muscle energy, pediatric bowel and bladder and oncology. I also instruct Pilates at allDimensions Fitness and Dance Arts Gillette and have been featured on the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute blog. Click here to read it! Additionally I was featured on a movement podcast and we talk all about pelvic health. Click here to listen!</image:caption>
